Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30
Friday 07:00–13:00
Latest arrival: Monday–Thursday 16:00, Friday 12:00.
We need time to finish loading before we close – half an hour Monday to Thursday, and one hour on Fridays. If you arrive after the latest arrival time, you will be loaded the next working day.

Instructions for drivers
- Book in advance: contact the loading office before arrival and have your order or delivery number ready.
- On arrival: stop at the stop sign at the entrance – the loader operator will come out to you and show you where to park.
- High-visibility clothing is required outside the cab. Follow signs and the speed limit on site.
- Stay in the cab or at a marked safe distance while loading is in progress.
- Load securing is the driver’s responsibility before leaving the site.

Terms of delivery
We sell under Incoterms 2020, normally FCA Svärdsjö (loaded on the lorry at our mill) or DAP to the agreed delivery address, as agreed in each contract. Terms of delivery and payment are always stated in the contract and the order confirmation.
