Boda Såg i Dalarna AB guarantees, through our suppliers, that our timber does not originate from:
- Illegal logging
- Forest areas where traditional or civil rights are violated – for example, areas where the exercise of customary or civil rights is actively obstructed, or where serious and widespread disputes with indigenous peoples or other social stakeholders involve confrontation or physical violence
- Forests where high conservation values are threatened (including woodland key habitats as defined by the Swedish Forest Agency)
- Genetically modified trees
- Natural forests that have been felled in order to convert the land to plantations or non-forest use
